• Jennifer Ulisse Ltd is located in Woking, Surrey and it is our aim to ensure we maintain availability of stock on all items we offer within our range.
• There is no minimum order.
• Jennifer Ulisse Ltd aims to deliver the following day for orders placed before midday for plain items subject to location. An average 2 week lead-time for personalisation is recommended but please do not hesitate to discuss more urgent requirements with us.
• We deliver our goods using reliable freight carriers.
• Carriage: All orders are subject to trade carriage charges. Please refer to Terms and Conditions on the price list for further information.
• Non-delivery claims: Written notification must be made to the company quoting invoice number within twelve days from the date of despatch detailed, otherwise claims cannot be accepted.
• Shortages/Damages: No claims for short/damaged deliveries can be entertained unless the company receives written notification within three days of receiving the goods.
